Prosperoware Kosovo is seeking a Support Analyst with experience in supporting software products or software services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical and application support to our diverse customer base. This includes troubleshooting software and process issues ranging from training, and implementation.


• Provide email, phone, and online support to customers (our customers are IT department of our customers) and assist in troubleshooting issues, installing application and providing guidance and best practices
• Testing the fixes to be provided to customer before giving it to customer
Other duties, as assigned Requirements Education and Experience:
• Strong knowledge of developing SQL queries
• Experience in supporting software products or software services
• Knowledge of Windows servers, network setup, Active Directory, MS Office, IIS and registry
• Working knowledge of using ticketing system, bug tracking software and project management tools
• Some understanding of VBScript, HTML, XML, JavaScript and PowerShell scripts
• Knowledge of iManage WorkSite, Microsoft SharePoint or any document/content management system is a plus
• Strong communication and writing skills
