Job Overview: Royal York Property Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal role in our company, the Training Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive training materials and programs that support the development and effectiveness of our staff across all departments and office locations. This position requires a proactive individual who excels in communication, curriculum development, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, write, and update training manuals and course materials for various departments to ensure alignment with company standards and operational requirements.
  • Conduct needs assessments to tailor training programs that meet the specific needs of different departments and office locations.
  • Implement training strategies and workshops that effectively communicate complex procedures and policies to staff members.
  • Manage the complete training cycle, including curriculum development, delivery, evaluation, and revision.
  • Ensure all training content is delivered effectively and is accessible to all staff, accommodating different learning styles and needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes and employee performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest training practices, tools, and technology enhancements to ensure optimal effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with department heads and management to identify ongoing training needs and develop plans for immediate and long-term staff development.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a training role within a multifaceted organization.
  • Proven track record of creating effective training materials and manuals.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Must be available to work from 15:00 to 23:00 from our office in Prishtina, Kosovo.

Desirable Skills:

  • Exceptional written communication skills with an ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging training content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate and lead teams.
  • Experience in project management and curriculum development.
  • Familiarity with modern educational techniques, including e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
